- Quantity delivered for non-stock items may be +/- 10% of the original order quantity
- Exact quantities for non-stock items may be quoted at higher cost if required
- Quoted pricing and delivery lead times are valid for 30 days
- Claims for any reason must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods
- Returns for stocked items may be requested within 30 days of receipt of goods
- Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number is required to return stocked items
- 20% re-stocking charge is applied to all returned goods
- Non-stock, special, or make-to-order items may not be returned
